Visit one of our branches where you will fill out a request for using electronic and mobile banking.
You must have at least one active security feature on your device, such as a PIN, Pattern (connecting dots), fingerprint unlock, or facial recognition. If you don’t have any security settings, you need to uninstall the application, set up security on your device, and then reinstall the application.
Your e-bank account is locked. You need to contact us via email at info@altabanka.com.mk or by calling 02/30 87 007 to complete the registration process again.
For users with an Android operating system, download it from the Play Store, and for users with an iOS operating system, download it from the Apple Store.
Open the e-bank website and you can log in in several ways: By scanning a QR code if logging in on a computer or laptop. By using PUSH authentication, enter your username and password. By using a Token, where the token and one-time OTP password can be found in the mobile app by clicking the "mToken" button. By using a PKI token (for legal entities) via a USB token.
Open the electronic banking website on your computer or laptop and select the QR login option. On your mobile device, where the app is installed, click the "Login" button, enter your PIN, and scan the QR code from the website with your camera. Click the "Approve" button on the app, enter your PIN again, and you will be logged into the website on your computer or laptop.
During the first login, enter your username (received via email) in the username field and the one-time password (received via SMS) in the password field. A screen will appear where you need to create a permanent password. After entering the permanent password, you will receive a notification on your mobile phone to confirm it.
Open the application and click the "mToken" button. Enter your PIN and click "Generate OTP password." Open the e-bank website and select "Login with TOKEN." In the "Your Token" field, enter the token serial number displayed in the app, and in the second field, enter the six-digit OTP code. The OTP code has a time limit, so ensure it does not expire before entering it.
On the website, select "Login with PKI." Download the guide titled "PKI Installation Guide" and follow the steps provided.
For security reasons, the mobile application is compatible with only one mobile device. If you change your device, please contact us via email at info@altabanka.com.mk or by calling 02/30 87 007 to repeat the registration process.
